Standards DRYEX takes to do the job right

Together with you when possible, we pre-inspect the work to be done to determine the fiber and construction of the material, the degree and nature of soiling present and the likely outcome of our professional efforts. We can also discuss cost-benefit scenarios for special situations such as extreme pet contamination or repair work required.

We thoroughly vacuum to remove as much soil as possible in a dry state. Since one cannot vacuum too often, we welcome your pre-vacuuming also.

We precondition and pretreat exceptionally stubborn areas prior to general cleaning.

Using either dry or wet or both extraction methods, we rinse away your suspended soil and moisture.

We frequently deploy state-of-the-art Airpath air movers as we move from room to room often leaving completely dry carpet moments after departure. However, results vary on realtive humidity, textile construction and initial soil level.

We groom or set the nap of your clean carpet and/or upholstery.

We safely replace most of your furniture often setting them on foam blocks to protect finishes and textile alike.

Together with you, we inspect the work and subject to your satisfaction, settle our agreement.
